It seems that Stone Temple Pilots plan to release a DVD of their April 7, 2008 private show at the Houdini estate in Los Angeles, where the band officially announced its reunion.

There is as yet no info regarding features, extras etc.

“This is home for us,” guitarist Dean DeLeo told MTV.com after the band announced it would be heading out this summer on a full-fledged, 65-date reunion run. “I’m fond of our legacy, and I’m fond of our band — I’m a fan. I get off when I’m riding down the highway and an STP track comes on the radio. I get off on that.”

After we recently reported that The Game had been released from prison, confusion began on whether or not he had in fact been released or if he had been transferred to a new prison. The Game has now come forward to clear up the confusion and confirm that he is in fact a free man.

The Game was apparently released due to overcrowding in the prison after he served just an eighth of his sentence, being eight days inside. Despite reports that he has been released, other hip hop sites questioned whether he had been transferred to another prison.

The Game has now came forward to apologize for the confusion.

“I apologize for the conflicting news on my release, but due to the sensitive negotiations on this matter I felt it appropriate not to give an exact date on my release,” the statement reads. “I am truly grateful to my attorney, family and management for doing a great job in this respect. Upon my release, I went directly to the studio with producers Cool & Dre and recorded several records, including my street record ‘Big Dreams.’ Thank you to all my fans as well for the support.”

A judge has declared sentence on Busta Rhymes following his assault on a fan and his former driver back in 2006. Busta has been sentenced to three years probation, and also, according to Associated Press 10 days of community service, a $1250 fine, court costs and compulsory enrolment in a drunken driving program. Busta pleaded guilty to assault charges, two driving infractions and also weapon possession. This came part of a plea deal to prevent him from entering prison.

As of Tuesday 18th March he began his sentence, under clear instruction by the judge that failure to abide by the conditions would result in prison time. “I have no problem being a good dude because that’s what I am,” Busta told reporters located outside the courtroom. The charges originated from incidents where he allegedly assaulted a fan that had reportedly spat on his car, assaulting his driver, Larry Hackett later that year and for driving under a suspended license whilst inebriated.

Nine Inch Nails frontmanTrent Reznor has taken to the web to to confirm the US upcoming tour.

He said:

Ronnie Wood always knew Amy Winehouse would be saved by her voice.

The Rolling Stones legend says Amy - who is famous for hit songs including ‘Rehab’ and ‘Back to Black’ - is through her darkest period, and is now back on the straight and narrow.

He said: “I have faith in Amy. I knew her voice would save her anyway. I think we all go through that phase where you underestimate your own talent, what you’re really contributing.

“You get sidetracked through either drugs or alcohol, and something leads you to hide behind it.”

Ronnie has also blamed Amy’s problems on her friends, who he thinks are a bad influence.

Fergie won’t have children before she gets married.

The Black Eyed Peas star - who was rumoured to be expecting her first child with fiancé Josh Duhamel after sporting an unusually large tummy when she left a sushi restaurant last week - wants to enjoy being engaged before she thinks about starting a family.

She said: “I’ve never been pregnant and this is probably the 20th time people have said that. So, no, for the record!

“All I know is that I want to be married before I get pregnant. You’re only a fiancée for a short amount of time and you want to enjoy that moment so we’re just living in the now and enjoying that.”

Fergie - who met Josh when the Black Eyed Peas appeared on his US TV show ‘Las Vegas’ in 2004 - also revealed excess weight is more obvious on her body because she is so short.

She added to US TV show ‘Extra’: “I’m 5ft 4in and so when I gain a few extra pounds, it shows. I think people just love to speculate!”
